Our methods and technology for evaluation of personality is based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard who conducted wide research into the nature of the human mind and spirit and into how these factors relate within a group or organization as well. Mr. Hubbard's research resulted in a wealth of useful tools for leaders and managers and amongst them a technology by which one can accurately predict and understand human behavior.
